Renata Nunes Therapist Ltd

1. Practitioner & Services

All treatments, including acupuncture and physiotherapy, are provided by Renata Nunes / Renata Nunes Therapist Ltd, an independent practitioner. Treatments may include manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and related therapeutic approaches.
The health club/spa premises are used solely as a venue. The health club/spa does not provide clinical services.

 

2. Appointments & Payments

Appointments must be booked in advance. Payment must be made in advance of the appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

4. Clinical Care & Outcomes

All treatments are provided with professional care and in line with current clinical standards. However, responses to treatment vary between individuals, and no guarantee of specific outcomes can be made.

 

5. Informed Consent

By attending your appointment, you confirm that:

– You have provided accurate and complete health information.
You understand the nature of the treatment and agree to proceed.

– For acupuncture, you understand that treatment involves the insertion of fine needles and may occasionally cause minor side effects such as:

Bruising
Temporary soreness
Lightheadedness or fatigue
You may withdraw consent at any time.

– For cupping, you understand that it may cause temporary bruising or skin marks.

 

6. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date medical history.
Inform the practitioner of any changes in health or medication.
Follow any aftercare advice given.

 

7. Liability & Insurance

Renata Nunes Therapist Ltd holds appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
The practitioner is responsible for the clinical care provided. The health club/spa is not responsible for the treatments delivered.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so under UK law.

 

8. Data Protection

Your personal and medical information will be kept confidential and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Information is used solely for treatment, clinical records, and communication purposes.
